It worked out for the kids because thanks to other business they kept there special spring break packages for our kids that were off this week. I also mentioned to him that we then took kids to Gizmos fun factory in Orland Park and had talked with several people who were there as well because they went to their locations to find they were closed. And of course he didn't try to reach out to me and shows he doesn't care. I was so angry on how he treated me I told him I need nothing from his place of Business and I would let everybody know and post on facebook and ended the call. Basically he said was mistake and so no compassion, so I said this is how you treat your customers, he then said well what do you want me to do it's over I then said it would be nice if you would have called or updated your website and sent out new emails with correct information or offer me something because this was their Spring Break and I was only available m-w, he then responded nasty oh so you are looking for an hand out. Well today is now Thursday and still no call from Manager, so I called this afternoon and spoke with Manger Clint who said he hasn't had time to call and would never expect anyone to call on their day off. and the girl advised me that her manger did get back to her and that it was an error and that customers can't dictate their hours (WOW want a response) but their Naperville location would be open, that they had seen a lot of schools in Tinley Park area were not on Spring Break so they changed plans to only have Naperville open. Well of course nobody called and I called Wed. So I asked for a manger and was advised nobody available til Thursday I asked to please have someone call me, she said she would send them a message.
